I forgot my PIN
You can find the PIN for your numberless card in the Chase app. Here's how:
- Open the app, tap 'See card' on Home
- Tap 'See PIN' and enter your passcode or use biometrics
- Your PIN will appear on the screen
To change your PIN, go to a cash machine and use 'PIN services'.
PIN not working?
If your PIN isn't working, it could be blocked. To unblock it, go to a cash machine and use 'PIN services'.
If it's still not working:
- Find your PIN in the app
- Tap 'PIN not working?'
- Tap 'Done'
