Activating your card
Thank you for joining Chase! You'll need to activate your numberless card before you can use it.
Here's how:
- Open the app
- Tap 'See card' on Home
- Tap 'Activate card'
- Confirm you have your numberless card with you – you should only activate it once it's been safely delivered
- You're now free to start using your card in stores and to withdraw cash whenever you like
You can also find your card details in the app by tapping 'See card' at the top of 'Home' and then 'See details'. This means you can shop online even before your numberless card arrives.
Go in store with Apple Pay or Google Payᵀᴹ
Add your card to your digital wallet for a fast and private way to pay. Just tap 'See card' at the top of 'Home', then tap the 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Add to G Pay' button and follow the instructions.
You can get 2% cashback when you pay with your debit card or credit card on groceries, restaurants, takeaways, cafes, everyday transport, fuel and public electric charging points – including when you spend with Apple Pay and Google Pay™.
18+, UK residents. Eligibility applies. Chase current and saver account required. Max £20 per month. Make at least 15 payments with your debit or credit card and/or Direct Debits per month and maintain £1,000+ across your savers. Exceptions and T&Cs apply.
