Adding money from another bank

You’ll need your account details to arrange a transfer from another bank to your Chase account. There are two ways to see and share your account's unique number and sort code in the app:

• Find the account you want to add money to. Tap the three dots for the account options, and then ‘Get account details’.
• Or, go to ‘Payments’. Tap ‘Add money’ and choose the account details you need.

Just so you know, once your balance across any Chase saver accounts reaches £1m you won't be able to pay in any more.

We accept Faster Payments and BACS. At the moment we can't accept CHAPS or Swift payments. Faster Payments can sometimes take longer than expected to come through, especially if it's a larger amount.
