Refer a friend is ending

We've loved welcoming all our new customers to Chase and giving them a taste of rewarding banking. We're ending refer a friend at 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022, but we're looking forward to bringing you more exciting offers in the future. Thanks so much if you took part – and for choosing to bank with Chase.

In our waiting room?

There are lots of you trying to join us right now, so if you started opening a Chase account, we've added you to our waiting room.

The quality of the experience we provide to our customers is our highest priority and we want to maintain that during this period of high demand. That's why we're popping people into our waiting room.

We're processing applications on a first-come, first-served basis and when we're ready to welcome you, you'll be invited back to finish your application. Just so you know, this may take 3 to 5 weeks from the day you joined the waiting room but we'll let you know via the app if that changes.

And if you were referred by a friend and joined the waiting room before 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022, you'll still be eligible to get your reward as normal.
