2. Who Is Eligible?
2.1. The Draw is open to all Chase customers with an open and unrestricted Chase current account.
2.2. By entering the Draw, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you are eligible to claim a Prize. Chase may require you to provide proof of eligibility at any point.
2.3. Chase may disqualify you if you breach any of these terms and conditions or act dishonestly in relation to the Draw.
2.4. You may not enter the Draw if you are:

(ii) an employee of an affiliate of Chase, who works for J.P. Morgan’s International Consumer Banking line of business;
(iii) a contractor, secondee, or contingent worker of Chase or an affiliate of Chase who provides services to J.P. Morgan’s International Consumer Banking line of business; or
(iv) an employee, contractor, secondee, or contingent worker of agents or suppliers of Chase who are professionally connected with the Draw or its administration.
2.5. You will also not be eligible to enter the Draw if any of your Chase accounts (including current account or credit card account) are suspended or under investigation.
3. Entering the Draw
3.1. The entry period for the Draw is open between 04:30am on 14 September 2026 and 04:29am on 12 October 2026 (“Entry Period”).
3.2. To enter the Draw, you must complete one of the following routes of entry (“Routes of Entry”) during the Entry Period:
(i) complete at least one (1) Eligible Journey (defined below); or
(ii) email prize.draw@chase.com via the email address registered to your Chase account. Your email must:
(a) provide your full name; and
(b) confirm that you wish to be entered into Chase’s Transport for London Prize Draw 2026.
3.3. Satisfying either of the Routes of Entry will gain you one (1) entry into the Draw.
3.4. A journey will be regarded as an Eligible Journey if it:
(i) is conducted between 04:30am on one day and 04:29am on the next day (“Daily Cap Period”). For example, a journey will be deemed an Eligible Journey if it is conducted between 04:30am on 14 September 2026 and 04:29am on 15 September 2026.
(ii) is conducted via any one of the following methods of transportation:
(a) London Underground;
(b) London Overground;
(c) Docklands Light Railway (DLR);
(d) London Buses;
(e) London Trams;
(f) Thames Clippers River Bus Service;
(g) Elizabeth Line;
(h) IFS Cloud Cable Car; or
(i) National Rail services within London’s zones one (1) to nine (9) (see more information here).
(iii) is paid for via your Chase current account, or your Chase credit card account, through:
(a) use of your physical Chase current account card, or your Chase credit card, at a Payment Reader (defined below); or
(b) use of your Chase current account card, or your Chase credit card, in digital format via a mobile device, at a Payment Reader.
Payment Reader means contactless pay as you go payment terminals that charge you a fee for conducting a Transport for London (“TfL”) or National Rail journey. Payment Readers are typically found at entrances, exits, or in freestanding form next to entrances, exits, or on travel platforms, depending on the mode of transportation being used.
3.5. For the avoidance of doubt, any journey not expressly mentioned in section 3.4, including journeys paid for via the TfL Go App, or at TfL ticket machines or counters, including through Oyster Card top ups, National Rail tickets (including season tickets), travel cards, or standalone tickets, is not an Eligible Journey and is excluded as a method of entry into this Draw.
3.6. You will obtain an additional entry into the Draw for each additional Eligible Journey (“Additional Eligible Journey”) conducted.
3.7. You are permitted a maximum of:
(i) one (1) entry into this Draw via emailing Chase in accordance with the requirements at section 3.2(ii);
(ii) one (1) entry into the Draw for every Eligible Journey and for every Additional Eligible Journey conducted within a Daily Cap Period. For example, if you conduct five (5) Eligible Journeys (comprised of one (1) Eligible Journey and four (4) Additional Eligible Journeys) within a Daily Cap Period, you will only be granted one (1) entry into the Draw; and
(iii) ten (10) entries into this Draw. The ten (10) entries can be achieved via a combination of:
(a) one (1) Eligible Journey + nine (9) Additional Eligible Journeys; or
(b) one (1) entry into this Draw via emailing Chase in accordance with the requirements at section 3.2(ii) + one (1) Eligible Journey + eight (8) Additional Eligible Journeys.
3.8. This Draw is subject to all applicable TfL terms and conditions (“TfL T&Cs”) and National Rail terms and conditions (“National Rail T&Cs”).
3.9. Eligible Journey transactions which show as pending following the end of the Entry Period will be eligible for the Draw if they were conducted during the Entry Period. For example, if you conduct an Eligible Journey on 11 October and the transaction shows as pending in your Chase account on 12 October, the transaction will still be eligible for this Draw.
3.10. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Journeys that occur during the Entry Period but have the incurred costs refunded at a later date will be regarded as eligible for this Draw.
3.11. Any Eligible Journey conducted after the Entry Period, and any entry email sent to prize.draw@chase.com after the Entry Period, will not qualify for the Draw.
3.12. Chase will not accept entries that are incomplete or delayed, for example, as a result of any hardware or software failure or technical malfunction. Also, proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt of an entry into the Draw.

5.5. The decision of Chase is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.6. Chase does not accept any responsibility if winners are not able to take up the Prize.
5.7. You must maintain an open and working Chase current account up to the point when you have received your Prize.
6. Receiving a Prize
6.1. Chase will send each winner their Prize by 25 December 2026. The Prize will be sent to the nominated address that each winner provides to Chase or Chase’s agency partners.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Chase must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Prize award took place. To comply with this obligation Chase will send the first name and county of each Prize winner and, if applicable a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails prize.draw@chase.com within one month after the closing date of the Draw.
7.2. If you object to your first name, county, and winning entry being published or made available in the manner described in section 7.1 above, please contact Chase by emailing prize.draw@chase.com. In such circumstances, Chase must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7.3. Chase will only process your personal information as set out in the Chase Privacy Policy and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7.4. Chase may use one of its agency partners to assist with the administration, fulfilment, and/or delivery of this Draw and/or the Prizes. In such circumstances, Chase may share your personal data with the agency partners solely to the extent necessary to fulfil requirements in these terms and conditions.
