These terms are for existing Chase customers in the UK who want to take advantage of the £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Cashback offer. Existing Chase customers that are eligible for this offer will be notified directly by email.
Who are these terms between?
You: A Chase customer who intends to take advantage of the £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Cashback offer from Chase.
Us: Chase, a trading name of J.P. Morgan Europe Limited, so whenever you see ‘Chase’ or ‘we’, you know who we’re referring to.
The reward
- You will get a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card if you are eligible for this offer and comply with these terms.
- This offer is limited to one reward per customer.
- Subject to the applicable Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and conditions, current Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards expire 10 years from the date of issue. Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and restrictions apply; see www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal. It is your responsibility to use the Gift Card in accordance with the applicable Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and conditions and before it expires. Chase will not be responsible or liable if the Gift Card expires before you use it.
- The reward will be sent to the email account you have registered with Chase, provided you meet all the conditions in these terms. It can take up to 28 days from the day you meet the conditions set out below (i.e. 28 days from cashback qualification confirmation) for the reward to be emailed to you.
- In order to receive the reward, you must not close your last Chase account before the reward is received and none of your accounts must be suspended or under investigation.
- The reward provided under this promotion is non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Chase may substitute the reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value at any time without notice.
How to get this reward
You must qualify for cashback in November 2026 to benefit from this offer, meaning you must comply with the following conditions:
- You must have a Chase current account and a Chase saver account. None of your accounts must be suspended or under investigation to participate in this offer.
- You must not have opted out of the cashback offer.
- From 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026, you must:
- make at least 15 payments using your Chase debit card or your Chase credit card or by direct debit (other forms of transactions, including, but not limited to, standing orders, refunds or bank transfers, will not be counted); and
- have a combined balance of £1,000 or more across all your Chase saver accounts each day for the entire calendar month. Balances in your current or round-up accounts are not included in this calculation.
You must have directly received an email by Chase notifying that you are eligible for this offer.
How pending card payments and refunds affect the 15 monthly payments criteria?
- A payment counts on the day the payment is made, regardless of when it clears. For example, if you make a card payment on the last day of November but it takes up to two days to clear, that payment will still count towards your payment count for November. This means that, if the payment was made before midnight on the last day of the month, it will be included in your payment total for that month, even if it appears as “pending” and is not fully processed until the following month.
- Refunds do not count as a transaction towards your monthly payment count. If you receive a refund for a purchase, we will not deduct the original payment from your monthly payment count. In other words, the refunded payment will still be included in your payment total for the month in which the original payment was made, but the refund itself will not be counted as a new payment.
