When will I get my card?
We send your card once your account is fully opened. Normally, this takes about 5 to 7 working days, depending on the post. If you haven't received your card within 10 working days, please contact our customer support team for an update.
While you're waiting
Shop online with card details right in the app
Open the app and tap 'See card' on Home. You'll find your card details under 'See details'. You can use them straight away to shop online and get 1% cashback on your everyday debit card spending. 18+, UK residents. Cashback available for your first 12 months for new customers. Max £15 per month for applications from 9 May 2023. Cashback exceptions apply.
Go in store with Apple Pay or Google PayTM
Add your card to your digital wallet for a fast and private way to pay. Just tap on the Chase logo at the top of 'Home', then tap the 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Add to G Pay' button and follow the instructions.
