Lost or stolen phone

If your phone's been lost or stolen, if you can, please borrow a phone from someone you know and give us a call. We'll be able to help you check your account balances and confirm recent payments.

When you get a new phone

You'll need to download the Chase app, tap 'Log in' and follow the on-screen steps to access your account.

Just so you know, when you log in on a new phone, we'll need to check your ID again to make sure it's really you. Once you've logged in successfully, we'll remove your old device from the account. Here's some more info about how we manage multiple devices.
