Can I install Chase on another device?

While you can install the app on another device, it's currently not possible to have more than one device registered to use Chase. This means if you do install the app and log in on another device, the app will be unregistered on the old device. While you can continue to switch, please be aware that you will have to go through a new device login journey each time.

What if I get a new phone?

As above, you need to install the app on your new device and once you are successfully logged in it will unregister your old one. When you launch the app you'll need to follow the new device login procedure, and upload your ID again. This shouldn't take too long and you can get back into the app after then.
