Logging out
There are a few ways to log out of the Chase app.
1. Do nothing and we'll automatically log you out after 2 minutes of inactivity
Just close the app on your device and after 2 minutes of inactivity, we'll log you out. To log back in, you'll need to enter your passcode or biometrics (fingerprint or face unlock). This is our standard log out setting, you don't need to do anything to activate it.
To log out instantly:
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner on 'Home'
- Tap 'Log out'
3. Turn on automatic log out
Automatic log out means we'll log you out whenever you leave the app – there's no need to press the 'Log out' button each time or wait to be logged out after 2 minutes of inactivity.
Here's how:
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner on 'Home'
- Tap 'Settings', then 'Login and security'
- Tap the 'Log out automatically' toggle
