Letting us know what to call you
At Chase we're committed to making everyone feel welcome. So if you use a name that isn't your legal name, we want to use it too.
To tell us what you prefer to be called, just:
- head to the 'Support' section of the Chase app
- search 'preferred name' and scroll down the result page to find the 'Contact us' option
- choose the 'Call us' or 'Message us' option to speak to a member of our team
Once you've confirmed your name to us, we'll update our records and start using it to address you both in the app, and in future calls and messages.
Unfortunately we can only issue statements and certain documents to you using your legal name.
