Requesting your data

The UK Data Protection Act of 2018 provides you with certain rights in regard to your data, including rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, transfer, consent withdrawal, objection to marketing and the right not to be subject to automated decision making.

If you'd like to know more about what data we collect about you and how it's processed, you can request a copy of it from us. Just go to the 'Support' section of our Chase app to call or chat with member of our team and raise a 'Right of Access' or 'Data Subject Access' request.
