I need help with cashback
You can earn 2% cashback – up to £20 a month – when you meet our qualification criteria and pay with your debit or credit card in the UK and Channel Islands. Here’s what you need to know.
What can I earn cashback on?
If you’ve met the qualification criteria and pay with your Chase debit or credit card, you’ll earn 2% cashback – up to £20 a month – on:
- groceries
- restaurants
- cafes
- takeaways
- everyday transport
- fuel, and
- public electric vehicle charging points

If you’re currently on our Everyday Cashback offer, you’ll be able to earn 2% cashback from 1 July 2026.
How do I qualify for cashback?
If you’re a Chase customer and meet these two qualification criteria each month, you’ll earn cashback in the following month.
- Keep a total balance of £1,000 or more across your Chase saver accounts for every day of the month
- Make at least 15 payments each month with your Chase debit card, credit card or via Direct Debit
What if I don’t have a Chase saver account yet?
You can open a new Chase saver account with just a few taps. Open your app, head to ‘Save’ and tap ‘Add account’ to create a Chase saver account.
Will I receive cashback if I use a third-party wallet?
Yes, you’ll receive cashback if you use Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and PayPal. All other third-party wallets are not supported.
When will I receive any cashback I’ve earned?
We'll credit your rewards balance with cashback after the relevant debit or credit card payment has cleared. You can see your rewards balance when you open your app and scroll down to ‘Rewards’.
We’ll round your cashback earned to the nearest penny.
