Changing your contact details

If you want to change your email, phone number or home address, you can do so from the app:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the 'Home' section
  2. Tap ‘See details’
  3. Tap the pencil icon next to either:
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address

Follow the steps on screen to make a change.

If you want to change any other details, such as your name or tax residence, just call or chat to us from the 'Support' section of app and we'll take care of it.

You'll also need to contact us if you're moving to a new address outside the UK or switching to a non-UK phone number.
