Changing your contact details
If you want to change your email, phone number or home address, you can do so from the app:
1. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the 'Home' section
2. Tap ‘See details’
3. Tap 'Edit' next to either:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
4. Follow the steps on screen to make a change.
We'll reflect this change of address in your next monthly statement.
If you want to change any other details, such as your name or tax residence, speak to one of our team with a call or a chat in just a few steps:
- head to 'Support' section of the Chase app
- search 'change name' or 'tax residence' and scroll down the result page to find the 'Contact us' option
- choose the contact option you'd like to use and let us know what detail you want to update
You'll also need to contact us if you're moving to a new address outside the UK or switching to a non-UK phone number.
