Chase UK

Rewarding banking is our promise to you – that's why we're always working hard to bring you exciting new features and offers that'll help make your Chase experience even better. We also know how much you love to hear what's around the corner at Chase – so here's a peek...

A fresh new look

We listened to your feedback and made it our priority to give you an even better app experience.

So, in January, we updated the Chase app to make it feel faster and more intuitive to use, while also making it easier to navigate your accounts as we add new features. Now, you can see your home screen divided into 2 tabs: 'Spend' – where you'll find everyday essentials like your current account and card details; and 'Save & Invest' – where you'll find accounts you plan to use for the future. Which leads us nicely onto Nutmeg...

Nutmeg is coming to the Chase app

Digital wealth manager Nutmeg has joined the Chase family! Over the coming weeks, you'll be able to sign up to Nutmeg, or link your existing Nutmeg account, all from the Chase app. Being able to see your investments and everyday banking in one place will make it easier to manage your money. Plus, over time, you’ll be able to pay directly from your Chase current and saver accounts into your Nutmeg pots.

Capital at risk.

Two new rewards to look forward to

Lots of you told us how much you love earning 1% cashback on your everyday debit card spending1 as part of our initial 12-month offer. So, we’re creating a new monthly cashback programme for our existing customers that kicks in when your original cashback offer ends.

Starting in April, you can earn 1% cashback – up to £15 a month – on your everyday debit card spending for an extra 12 months, by paying £500 into your Chase account each month2 (excludes internal transfers).

At the same time, we're introducing interest on our current accounts – so you can earn 1% AER interest on all of your current account balances3. There'll be no fees from us or minimum monthly deposits to worry about, and you can pay in as much money as you like. Watch out for more details hitting your inbox nearer the time.

Other things to look out for

There's a lot on our to-do list we think you'll like, including:

  • ways to let you pay in cash to your Chase account
  • new tools to help you budget and manage your money
  • seeing Chase on your credit profile – so credit agencies can get a more accurate picture of your finances
  • switching your current account with another bank to us using the Current Account Switch Service
  • a Chase credit card

Keep your eyes on your inbox, app and socials for more exciting stuff coming soon.
