See your J.P. Morgan Personal Investing pots in the Chase app

You can now sign up to J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, or link your existing account, all from the Chase app.

Once that's done, you'll be able to see your investments and top up your pots from the Chase app too.

I don't invest with J.P. Morgan Personal Investing yet. How can I sign up?

To open a J.P. Morgan Personal Investing account through the Chase app:

  1. Log in to the Chase app
  2. Go to the 'Save & Invest' tab, then scroll down to 'Investments' and tap 'Take a look'
  3. Choose 'I'm new to J.P. Morgan Personal Investing'
  4. Follow the on-screen steps, then tap 'Get started'
  5. Confirm or edit your details, and read and accept the T&Cs
  6. When you're prompted, install or open the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing app, and create an account
  7. Choose how you'd like to invest, and open your first pot

Once you've signed up to J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, your accounts will automatically be linked. To see your pot, head to the Chase app, tap the 'Save & Invest' tab, and you'll see your pots under 'Investments'. Terms and conditions apply.

If you already invest with J.P. Morgan Personal Investing and would like to link your account, you can do this through the Chase app – you'll just need your J.P. Morgan Personal Investing login details to hand.

  1. Log in to the Chase app
  2. Go to the 'Save & Invest' tab, then scroll down to 'Investments' and tap 'Take a look'
  3. Choose 'I already invest with J.P. Morgan Personal Investing'
  4. Read and accept the T&Cs, then tap 'Link my accounts'
  5. You'll be taken to J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, where you'll need to sign in to confirm that you're happy to give Chase access to your J.P. Morgan Personal Investing pots
  6. You'll see a confirmation screen in the Chase app – just tap 'Done' to finish

When your accounts are linked, head to the Chase app, tap the 'Save & Invest' tab, and you'll see your pots under 'Investments'. Terms and conditions apply.

I've linked my accounts. How can I pay into my J.P. Morgan Personal Investing pots?

When you've linked your accounts, you can pay into any pot (except for a Personal Pension) straight from the Chase app. You can pay in up to £25,000 a day.

To pay in, you'll need to set up J.P. Morgan Personal Investing as a payee (if you haven't already). In the Chase app, tap the 3 dots next to the pot you want to pay into, choose 'Pay in', then 'Add J.P. Morgan Personal Investing as a payee'.

Then to pay in:

  1. In the Chase app, tap the 3 dots next to the account you want to pay from
  2. Select 'Pay in'
  3. Choose one of your J.P. Morgan Personal Investing pots
  4. Enter how much you'd like to pay in, and follow the on-screen steps

Alternatively, you can still pay into any pot (except your pension) using the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing app or online dashboard.

How much do I need to get started with J.P. Morgan Personal Investing?

You can start with £100 for a Lifetime ISA or Junior ISA, or £500 for a General Investment Account, Stocks and Shares ISA or Personal Pension. Find out more about minimum investment amounts (Opens in new tab)

Yes, you can instantly unlink them in the Chase app:

  1. Head to 'Profile' and scroll to 'Settings'
  2. Select 'Permissions and integrations'
  3. Tap 'J.P. Morgan Personal Investing account linking' and 'Unlink your accounts'

Don't worry if you change your mind, you can link your accounts again at any time.
