- Chase will become TfL’s ‘Official Payment Partner’ as part of a multi-year commercial deal
- Chase will appear on every contactless Oyster reader on TfL’s Tube and rail services in London
London, 24 November, 2025 – Chase and Transport for London (TfL) have today announced a new multi-year commercial branding partnership, with the digital bank becoming TfL’s ‘Official Payment Partner’.
The commercial branding partnership unites two brands with a shared ambition to help people progress in their daily lives, whether on the move or financially.
The deal will see the Chase brand take pride of place on over 5,000 contactless Oyster readers across the London Underground, London Overground, Elizabeth line, and DLR networks, alongside a range of other branding and activation rights to be revealed in due course.
The partnership with TfL perfectly complements Chase’s cashback* offer, which features 1% cashback on everyday transport throughout the U.K., including contactless travel on Tube, bus and rail services across the capital.
Kuba Fast, U.K. CEO of Chase commented, “We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Transport for London. Our joint commitment to helping people progress while providing an exceptional experience, creates an exciting platform for us to further enhance the travel experience for Londoners and visitors alike.”
Emma Strain, Customer Director at TfL, said, “Pay as you go with contactless is the most popular way to travel using public transport in London and this commercial partnership with Chase is a great example of how TfL can work with brands. We look forward to working with them on a range of customer-focused activations across our network in the coming years.”
All money raised through the commercial partnership will be reinvested in London’s public transport network to help further improve it for its customers.
