Please read these guidelines carefully before you engage with our social media channels. By using or submitting material to our online communities, you agree that you accept these guidelines and agree to comply with them.
Unless otherwise stated, our social media channels are aimed at people in the UK and designed for use in the UK.

Our online communities are a place to connect, learn and engage. We encourage everyone to:

- Stay safe: avoid content that may be fraudulent and never post personal, identifying or confidential information

Protect your personal information
This is a public community and anything you post can be viewed by others. Do not post personal or sensitive information that you would not want to make public. For example, never post your account number, passwords, PINs or other non-public personal information on any of our social media channels.
