Our Chase Protect Reward Offer
These terms are for Chase customers in the UK who want to take advantage of this offer (see “How to get this reward offer”).
Who are these terms between?
You: A Chase customer who intends to take advantage of this offer.
Us: Chase, a trading name of J.P. Morgan Europe Limited, so whenever you see ‘Chase’ or ‘we’, you know who we’re referring to.
The reward
- You will get a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card if you are eligible for this offer and comply with these terms.
- This offer is limited to one reward per customer.
- You will have up to 10 years to use the Gift Card. Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and restrictions apply, see www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.
- The reward will be sent to the email address you have registered with Chase at the time we send the reward, provided you meet all the conditions in these terms. It can take up to 30 days from 23 November 2026 for the reward to be emailed to you.
- The reward is only available for the Chase Protect policy holder, which is the person who purchased Chase Protect, and not a partner or dependant under the policy.
- Chase may substitute the reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value at any time without notice.
How to get this reward offer
To qualify and receive the reward, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be a new Chase Protect customer. This means that you must not have purchased a Chase Protect policy at any time prior to 22 June 2026;
- You must purchase a Chase Protect policy between 00:00 on 22 June 2026 and 23:59 on 22 July 2026; and
- following your purchase of the Chase Protect policy, you must keep the policy active until 23:59 on 22 November 2026.
“active” means your Chase Protect policy is in force without any break in cover. Your policy will be treated as active only if the policy has not lapsed, been cancelled, or been suspended.
- To participate in this offer and to receive the reward, your account must not be suspended or under investigation and you must not close your last Chase account before the reward is received.
Please note that:
- To obtain Chase Protect, you need to have a current account with Chase and have your main home address in the UK. If your current account closes (including if you decide to switch your current Chase account to another bank), your Chase Protect policy will be cancelled immediately and you will no longer be protected or eligible for this offer. For more details on this, please refer to “What is the effect of cancelling Chase Protect?”, under the Chase Protect Terms and Conditions.
- You are responsible for managing your tax affairs. Please note that there may be taxes or costs which apply to you that aren’t charged by us or paid through us.
Making changes to this offer
We may change, suspend or end this offer at any time. If we do so, we will notify you through the app, SMS or by email. We may suspend or end the offer on an individual or offer wide basis.
If we reasonably suspect that you are abusing this offer or find that you have breached these terms, then we may withhold the reward.

These terms are in addition to the Chase Protect Terms and Conditions and the General Account Terms and Conditions which also apply, as well as in any other terms we gave you when you opened your account or took out Chase Protect.
